Responsibility

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including workstations, servers, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with AI and development teams to support the integration of AI-driven tools into business operations.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement security best practices to safeguard company data.
  • Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices, software applications, and cybersecurity awareness.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, hardware, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and basic scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, or data analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are advantageous.
