Responsibility
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across the organization
- Maintain and troubleshoot accounting software and financial databases
- Assist in the creation and editing of professional photo and video content for marketing and internal communications
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and systems
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate data integration between IT and accounting systems
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate equipment procurement and maintenance
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and multimedia workflows
- Stay current with emerging technologies in both IT and multimedia fields
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and financial data management
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with network configuration and cybersecurity principles
