Responsibility
- Provide timely technical support to employees and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems and software.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to different office locations in Bali as needed.
