Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional partner integrations for SEEK Pass, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and implement robust API integration frameworks, standards, and best practices to streamline partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and external partners to define integration requirements and technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and tools to empower internal teams and partners in using integration solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in integration strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in API integrations, system architecture, or partner engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering scalable integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns (e.g., OAuth, JSON/XML, SOAP).
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) or middleware technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
