Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions for APAC markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with C-level executives, product teams, and engineering leaders to define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for Omni Group’s APAC operations.
- Mentor and guide a team of solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity) to enhance solution capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across APAC regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies and business value.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols in all solution designs.
- Represent Omni Group at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings to showcase thought leadership and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent position.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, complex solutions for enterprise clients in the APAC region.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, API-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong background in data architecture, AI/ML integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of architects and engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a proactive approach to collaboration and results delivery.
