Responsibility

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on B2B and distribution optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to refine product offerings and improve user satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including vendors, partners, and internal teams, to align on product vision.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management, B2B solutions, or distribution strategy.
  • Strong understanding of business models, supply chain dynamics, and B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a focus on results.
