Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and upgrade systems and applications.
- Train end-users on new technologies and provide ongoing support.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection measures.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
