Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems and networks are running efficiently.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in data security and privacy.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend solutions that improve business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud computing, and data management solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
