Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath-based RPA solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
- Optimize and maintain existing RPA workflows to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases) using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation workflows to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and best practices for RPA development and deployment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior RPA developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and UiPath technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath (certification is a plus).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and database integration (SQL, REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote nightshift environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
