Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools into development workflows.
- Identify and implement best practices for QA processes, ensuring high-quality software releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in automation scripts and tooling.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation, testing, and DevOps to drive innovation.
- Document processes, tools, and frameworks for knowledge sharing and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on automation and tooling.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote or hybrid team environment.
