Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the enterprise software solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to relocate to Vietnam and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
