Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) using APIs and ETL tools.
- Optimize data models, segmentation, and activation strategies to enhance customer personalization and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to align data strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, and segmentation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL tools).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, SQL, and big data concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
