Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee telecommunications transition projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including transition plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor project milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct post-transition reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telecommunications and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination, preferably within the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or telecommunications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
