Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems across the steel plant.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and industrial control systems.
- Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster preparedness measures.
- Assist in IT project planning and execution, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA, or manufacturing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to the local work culture.
