Responsibility
- Lead and manage payroll and T&A transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to drive seamless system integrations.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices for payroll and T&A operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in payroll or HR systems transformation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and T&A processes, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.
