Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with server administration and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
