Responsibility
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues across the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT equipment and software applications.
- Monitor network stability and ensure seamless connectivity for all office and production departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets and hardware components.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge base and response times.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve infrastructure-related IT challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in troubleshooting hardware (PC, printers, cabling) and software (Windows OS, MS Office).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Binalonan, Pangasinan.
