Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-mortems, and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the Information & Communication Technology sector is a plus.
