Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive the technical vision and strategy for AI-driven products and solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI systems and applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and secure software solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a hands-on full-stack engineer with a strong background in AI/ML technologies.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
