Responsibility
- Lead the integration of commercial systems between BD and Waters Corporation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance system interoperability.
- Develop and execute integration strategies, including data migration, system testing, and user training.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial systems and support scalability.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
- Monitor and report on integration progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the integration process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in system integration, commercial systems, or IT project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
