Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and digital transformation roadmap.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement to ensure cost-effective and high-quality technology solutions.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, IoT) to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure robust data governance, compliance, and risk management across all IT operations.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify technology-driven opportunities for business expansion and competitive advantage.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization at the cutting edge of IT advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role in a multinational or large-scale enterprise.
- Proven track record in digital transformation, IT infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP systems, and data analytics.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to balance innovation with practical execution.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with cross-border teams is highly desirable.
