Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on project goals.
- Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and budgets, to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor coordination, or operations supervision.
- Proven ability to generate detailed reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
