Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to design and implement scalable enterprise applications.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states, recommending technology solutions to bridge the divide.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise application modernization is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA are advantageous.
