Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and adapt methodologies to project needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to clarify expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, PMI) and company policies for project governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast resources, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment with global teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
