Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project management for government clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, risk assessments, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and adapt methodologies to project needs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to maintain momentum.
- Ensure deliverables meet government security and accessibility standards (e.g., ISO 27001, WCAG).
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in government or public sector projects.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles (initiation to closure) for software, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, local government regulations) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
