Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly advantageous.
- Experience working in multi-industry environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
