Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and application projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, vendors) to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare and present status reports, stakeholder updates, and post-project reviews to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and third-party contracts as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or application development.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams and working in a global environment.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Ability to analyze risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
