Responsibility
- Plan, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Perform regular health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for mission-critical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure-related incidents to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers for infrastructure maintenance.
- Document technical configurations, system workflows, and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or project engineering.
- Proven expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage area networks (SAN).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
