Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key customers and end-users in the IT sector across Bali and Indonesia.
- Drive sales of IT distribution products for project-based initiatives, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the IT distribution space.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or project-based sales, preferably in distribution or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions of Indonesia as needed.
