As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from initial vendor bidding to final order fulfillment. You will act as a key liaison between our technical teams and external suppliers, resolving logistical challenges and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software licenses, and IT-related services.
- Conduct thorough vendor bidding processes to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Monitor supply chain timelines, track purchase orders, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Resolve complex procurement disputes and address challenges related to vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the IT department to forecast hardware requirements and optimize procurement budget allocation.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to protect company interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT procurement or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware and software licensing models.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with procurement/ERP software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City on a fixed dayshift schedule.
