Responsibility
- Design, document, and optimize IT processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless adoption.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for IT operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for IT processes.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow automation, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and project management software.
- Certifications in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.
