Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoints.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and provide end-user support.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory tracking and license management.
- Contribute to IT security efforts by following best practices and reporting vulnerabilities.
- Support remote and hybrid work setups for employees across different locations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common IT tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles and best practices is a plus.
- Availability to commit to a 6-month internship in Bali.
