Responsibility
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Oversee service desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and requests.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to improve IT literacy and system adoption.
- Generate reports on IT operations, incident trends, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity for critical IT services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud services.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft/Cisco certifications are a plus.
