Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for client decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Automate data processes using Python, SQL, or Excel to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support business strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with client confidentiality and security protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for global collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or database systems is an advantage.
