Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, architect, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and queries using MySQL and other relational databases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on security and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the backend infrastructure.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Java.
- Proven expertise in MySQL, including schema design, optimization, and query tuning.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
