Join the Singapore Academy of Law as an Assistant Programme Manager for the LegalTech GoWhere initiative. This role is pivotal in driving the operational success of our LegalTech community engagement and event management efforts. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programmes that foster innovation and collaboration in the legal technology sector.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage events and community engagement activities for the LegalTech GoWhere initiative.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including legal professionals, tech experts, and community members, to ensure programme success.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the reach and impact of LegalTech initiatives.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns to promote LegalTech GoWhere.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programme activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and logistical arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programme management, event coordination, or community engagement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of LegalTech trends and developments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and occasionally to Singapore for programme-related activities.
