Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
- Support resource allocation and prioritization to optimize team productivity and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced tech or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
