Responsibility
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee and troubleshoot CCTV systems and handheld transceivers (HT) for seamless communication and surveillance.
- Provide IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Administer and update the company website, ensuring uptime, security, and user-friendly functionality.
- Conduct regular audits of IT equipment and operational devices to preemptively identify and address potential failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies or system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets for reference and compliance.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data and digital resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, network administration, or a similar operational role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, CCTV systems, and IT troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with website maintenance (e.g., CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with hardware/software deployment and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
