Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity across all villa areas, offices, and public facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to implement and upgrade IT systems, including hardware and software solutions.
- Provide technical support to staff and guests, addressing IT-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security, data protection, and system reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and network equipment.
- Train and support staff on the use of IT systems and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and IT security best practices.
- Experience with hospitality IT systems (e.g., PMS, POS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
