Responsibility
- Lead the IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage cybersecurity protocols, data protection, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP, CRM, and property management systems.
- Optimize IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software solutions.
- Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, PropTech) and recommend solutions to gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (for Senior Manager).
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management frameworks.
- Experience with real estate or property development IT systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Filipino is a bonus.
