Responsibility
- Operate and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of hardware and network components.
- Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and company policies.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in IT operations, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, databases, and office productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Badung, Bali.
