Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement data migration strategies using SAP BODS for S/4HANA projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze source data, map fields, and ensure data integrity during migration.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into S/4HANA systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, including data mapping and transformation rules.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency post-migration.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BODS and S/4HANA features to enhance migration strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BODS with a focus on data migration.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP modules is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
