Responsibility
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Support system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, and system backups.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues via helpdesk tickets or direct assistance.
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or security implementations.
- Document processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
