Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Support the development and testing of internal applications and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.
- Help manage and secure company data, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and configuration tasks under supervision.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and technical issues for future reference.
- Provide basic technical support to employees, resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Contribute to IT projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or scripting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a professional setting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus but not required.
