Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, document processes, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows, systems, or operations and propose data-backed solutions to enhance productivity and ROI.
- Develop and maintain detailed business cases, user stories, and process maps to guide development and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives and support data-driven business decisions.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership through clear, compelling reports.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in the ICT sector or a tech-driven environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
