Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Assist in process mapping and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new systems or tools by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation for business cases, user stories, and project deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI (Tableau is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
