Responsibility
- Provide first-line IT support for internal systems, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate routine IT tasks and workflows.
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure Logic Apps for seamless integration between applications and services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premise IT infrastructure.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps or similar workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL) are a plus.
