Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and persona development to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirements.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct competitive analysis and leverage data insights to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in product design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with expertise in prototyping and collaboration features.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience designing for mobile apps, web platforms, or SaaS products, with a focus on conversion and retention.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, A/B testing, or front-end development (HTML/CSS).
