Responsibility
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our Learning Hub and e-learning platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to L&D systems and user access.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to upload, organize, and update training materials and courses.
- Support the integration of new tools and features to enhance the digital learning experience.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and training documentation for internal teams.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance for new L&D system updates or features.
- Provide basic IT support to employees regarding learning platform access and usage.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in edtech solutions.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
