Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support IT staff in daily operations, including system updates and data backups.
- Help resolve technical issues reported by employees or clients.
- Participate in IT projects, including system deployments and upgrades.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior IT staff.
- Assist in cybersecurity best practices, including access control and data protection.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
